Project Description

Implementation of in-line analytical technologies and real-time release testing into continuous manufacturing processes of solid pharmaceutical manufacturing, starting from the crystallization step through the final tablet product. Application and development mechanistic, statistical and chemometric models for the evaluation of Process Analytical Technology (PAT) data and optimization of the pharmaceutical processes.
